Honey Mustard

March 27, 1994


2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. spicy mustard
1 T. honey

Combine well and use for a light glaze on meats just before serving.

Today Devin and I got baptized at Hyde Park United Methodist. We had a cook out at Hyde Park and used this recipe on chicken, oh so good! We came home and "Martin" was on. A new sitcom I will never watch again, too sexual in content I think.

Spinach Souffles

March 10, 1982


1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. oleo
3 T. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 t. salt
2 T. onion, chopped
dash dry mustard

Grease 6 muffin tins. Do not use paper liners. Preheat oven to 350*. Combine spinach, 1/2 cup of the cottage cheese, oleo, flour, eggs and seasonings. Divide equally into muffin tin. Top with remaining cottage cheese and bake 35 minutes or until puffy.

Those who cannot remember the past, will spend a lot of time looking for their cars in mall parking lots...

Lady Baltimore Cake

March 21, 1990

1 box white cake mix
1 t. almond extract
1 tub white frosting
1/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. dates, chopped
1/3 c. walnut pieces

Prepare 2 round 8" cake pans. Prepare cake mix as directed and add almond extract. Bake in a preheated 350* oven as directed. Cool. Stir fruit and nuts into frosting and frost cake.

A cloudy day so I'm fixing this recipe and watching "Bill Cosby".

It's late and I got home from work and you are asleep. Grandma Marshall just left and she gets a three day break. Tomorrow is "Walk for Mankind." We are walking with Raeanne and I'm not sure who else.
