Queen of Pumpkin Pie

March


Part one: 1 8oz, pkg. cream cheese
               1/4 c. sugar
               1/2 t. vanilla
               1 egg
               1 9" unbaked pie shell
Combine well and spread on bottom of pie shell

Part two: 1 1/4 c. sugar
               1 t. vanilla
               1/4 t. ground ginger
               1 1/2 c canned pumpkin
               1/4 t. ground nutmeg
               dash salt
               1 c. evaporated milk
               2 eggs, slightly beat
Combine and mix well. Pour carefully over cheese mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350*.
