Combine and mix well. Pour over your choice of meat and marinate overnight. Drain, reserving liquid to baste meat with. Makes 1 cup.
Wow! I tried this for my first cook out this year on butterfly pork chops, so good and fresh corn with dinner rolls and a chocolate cake too.

1 clove garlic, minced
