1/3 c. catsup
2 T. each: green pepper and onion
4 bacon strips
4 frankfurters
cheese spread
4 hot dog buns, split
1 T. brown sugar
In a small saucepan, combine catsup, veggies and brown sugar. Slow simmer 8 minutes. Wrap a bacon strip around each frankfurter and secure with a toothpick, Place on a broiler pan and broil until bacon is done. Remove toothpicks. For each sandwich, fill buns with some cheese spread add a frankfurter. Broil 1 minute longer. Serve with sauce.
