Praised Chicken

March 19, 1995


 2/1/2 to 3lb. frying chicken pieces
1 T. oleo, melted
1 can cream of broccoli soup

In a 12" x 8" baking dish, place chicken skin side down, drizzle with oleo. Bake 40 minutes at 375*.
Spoon soup over chicken and bake another 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Stir sauce before serving. Serves 4
