Bottom layer: 2 squat cans of bean dip
Middle layer:
3 medium ripe avocados, mashed
1 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
Top layer:
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 T. taco sauce
Topping:
1 squat can black olives, sliced, drained
3 green onions, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
8oz. cheddar cheese, grated
Spread bottom layer evenly over bottom of a pizza pan. Mix together middle layer and spread over beans.
Mix together top layer and spread over middle layer. Sprinkle topping on evenly. Wrap in foil and chill 6 hours before serving
I serve with crisp broken taco shells or a variety of tortilla chips.
Garlic is one of my favorite seasonings. Which ever type of garlic you buy, read labels.
One clove garlic means one section of a peeled fresh garlic. Garlic has no cholesterol, pus low in calories.
