1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small box lime gelatin
1/2 c. milk
1/4 t. almond extract
3/4 c. crushed ice
Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 c. of the syrup.
Bring syrup to a boil, add gelatin, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Bear milk and pineapple until blended. Add gelatin mixture, almond extract and ice. Beat well. Pour into 6 dessert dishes. Chill one hour.
This is different and delicious, eating this and watching "Cops."
