Plum Crazy

March


2 cans purple plums
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. sugar
1 t. baking powder
14 t. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. oleo, melted

Drain fruit, cut plums in half and depit. Place fruit in a baking dish. Combine brown sugar, 3 T. of the flour, and pumpkin pie spice. Sprinkle over plums. Combine remaining flour, sugar and salt Add egg, stirring with fork until mixture is crumbly. sprinkle over plums. drizzle on oleo. Bake 30 minutes at 375*. Serves 6.
