1 c. oleo
2 3z. pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. flour
1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1.2 t. vanilla
1 3 1/2 oz. can flaked coconut
When going ice skating, never judge a brook by its cover.

In a large mixing bowl, beat oleo and cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in flour. Cover and chill 1 hour. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. On a floured surface, shape one of the quarters into 12 balls. Place 1 ball in a large
muffin tin cup and spread over sides and bottom. Repeat with rest of dough. In another bowl, combine milk, egg and vanilla. Mix well, add coconut. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated oven at 375* for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before removing. Makes 4 dozen.
