Party Ball

February 1. 1992

1 80z. pkg. American cheese, bulk
6 5oz. jars bleu cheese spread
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. onion juice
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Have cheeses at room temp. Cut American cheese into cubes. Add bleu cheese spread and blend with an electric mixer 2 minutes. Blend in Worcestershire sauce and onion juice. Divide into 2 balls and chill.
Before serving, roll in pecans. Waxed paper works best.

Today is John Marshall Jr's. birthday, the father of my daughters. Happy Birthday.

Frankie and Nancy are enjoying a winter walk on this 60* day, then babysit so I can go to the Greyhound Race park. I feel lucky.

An excerpt from my diary, February 21, 1977
We just got home from a school function where Jody rolled a hoop and jumped through it while it was spinning. The rest of you were terrible brats. Nancy and your cousin, Vinessa Jones, got lost and Debbie ate too many cookies and drank too much punch. Man, I do love you girls.
I hope you remember on West Central we frequented Pizza Planet, Hope's Cafe and Peter Pan Ice Cream.
They are all gone now.
