4 c. potatoes, cooked, peeled, cubed
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/c. green onions
8 strips bacon, crispy fried
1/3 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Combine ingredients except cheese. Cook over lo heat, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add cheese. Serves 5
To keep potatoes from sprouting during storage, toss a few apples in the storage area.

This week end I took you shopping and you each wanted Play-doh kits.
We went to April Dawn's birthday party and Jody won the game "Musical Magazines." Boy, that was a rowdy party.
You are now asleep. Every Sunday evening we listen to the radio special The Hall of Fame" and sing and clean house.
