2 T. sugar
2 1# can sliced beets, drained
In skillet, melt oleo, stir in sugar. Add beets. Heat through until beets are glazed. Serves 6.
If you boil some eggs, peel and let them soak in the beet juice, then slice. Kids love this!

Debbie's granddaughter, 2011, CoralinePneumonia is something terrible to suffer through and I did have to stay in the hospital for four days and I was pregnant with my second child. My doctor advised me to get an abortion because my baby might have poor lungs. That was in 1974. It is now 1977 and Debbie has excellent lungs. and healthy. We are so blessed.
