Garbanzo Dip

March 2, 1995


1 10oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 c. corn oil
2 T. water
1 T. cider vinegar
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped

In a blender, or using a potato masher, combine beans, oil, water, and vinegar. Puree. In a bowl, combine bean mixture with remaining ingredients. Cover and chill Makes 1 1/4 cups.

It's Friday night and even with 4" of snow my friends and two daughters are coming to play cards.

There is no secret to success. It is the result of hard work, preparation, and learning from failure.
