1/4 c. water
2 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 T. lemon vinegar, but any fruity vinegar works well
2 T. oleo, melted
1 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. sea salt
1 t. mustard
dash seasoned pepper
Place chicken skin side down in a greased 12" x 7 1/2" x 2" baking dish. Sprinkle with sea salt and bake 30 minutes at 400*. While chicken is baking, combine remaining ingredients. Spread over chicken and bake 30 more minutes, basting occasionally. Remove fat when you can. Serves 5.
