Jackie"s Apricot Crumble Cake

8oz. pkg. cream cheese, room Temp
1/2 c. oleo, room temp
1/4 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
2 c. cake flour
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1 10oz. jar apricot preserves
2 eggs

Combine cream cheese. oleo and sugar, blend well. Gradually add milk, blend in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Mix well.Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured

13" x 9" x 2" baking pan. Dot with preserves, cover with remaining batter. Bake 40 minutes at 350*
