1 1/2 T. cornstarch
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 t. salt
1/3 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. pecan pieces, optional
2 1lb7oz. cans sweet potatoes, drained
Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt and oleo in a saucepan. Add orange juice and cook until thickened and clear. Arrange yams in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle on pecans. Pour on sauce, cover, and bake 1 hour at 350*.
