3 c. crushed saltines
1 t. black pepper
1 t. lemon pepper
1 t. seasoned salt
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
Cut filets in bite size pieces. Dip pieces in beaten egg. Combine crackers with seasoning, then dip coated fish in crumbs. Fry in hot oil 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serves 4
