1 lb. dry Lima beans
1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 t. garlic powder
4 beef bouillon cubes
splash hot pepper sauce
6 c. water
1/4 t. chili powder
1/4 t. dill weed
Place everything in a dutch oven, Mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat 3 hours. Add water as needed. Serves 5
