Mazetti

March


1 lb.ground beef
8oz. wide egg noodles, almost cooked tender, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 T. oleo
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 large can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. milk
salt / pepper
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

In a large skillet, saute onion, celery and garlic in oleo. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add noodles, then remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, in a casserole 25 minutes at 400*. Serves 5

After browning beef, place in a colander and rinse in water to remove nearly all the fat, then season.

It would be a lot easier if sin didn't always seem to be in such jolly good company.
