1/4 c. oleo
4 c. miniature marshmallows
1.4 c. peanut butter
5 c. rice cereal, dry
1 T oleo
Melt the 1/4 c. oleo in a large saucepan over lo heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Add cereal and blend well. Using a rubber scraper, press mixture evenly into a buttered 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Cool and cut into 24 squares.
I throw salted peanuts, skins removed, in my blender and process to make peanut butter. Do not use dry roasted as you need the oil.
