3 qts. popped corn
1 c. salted peanuts
1/2 c. real butter
1/2 c. honey, room temperature

Preheat oven to 250*. Place popcorn and nuts in a 4" deep baking pan. Keep warm in oven. Lightly butter a cookie sheet. Melt butter over low heat. Blend in honey. Remove popcorn from oven and pour the honey butter over it, mix well. Spread into a layer on the cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until crisp. After cooling, break into pieces. Makes 3 1/4 qts.
